Central Florida
Power Yoga

What a genuinely small budget can do, once you stop letting the platform spend it badly.

The situation

A studio competing for “yoga near me” across Winter Garden, Windermere, Horizon West, Ocoee and Clermont, on a monthly ad budget smaller than most agencies' minimum. At that level, waste is not an inefficiency. It is the entire budget.

What we did

  • Found that the only conversion action being tracked was “Get directions.” The bid strategy had been optimizing toward map taps, not new students. We rebuilt tracking around class bookings and enquiries.
  • Removed the Display Network and Search Partners from the search campaign, stopping spend leaking to placements that never produced a student.
  • Switched the “Yoga Near Me” campaign to Maximize Clicks, the honest choice at a budget too small to feed a conversion-based bid strategy enough data.
  • Rewrote the studio's Class Types content for search and for actual human readers, and rebuilt the site so teachers, classes, and the schedule link to one another properly.

The honest version

At this budget level, paid search buys visibility and a steady trickle, not volume. We said that at the start and we say it in every report. The bigger long-term win for this studio is organic and map pack presence, which is why the website and content work sits alongside the ads rather than behind them.

“Tatiana has been wonderful to work with! She created my website and is awesome managing the business’s Google presence, and I couldn’t be happier with her work. She’s professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping my business succeed!”
