Manzzo
Italian Cuisine

A Windermere restaurant with a real dining room to fill, in a market where every competitor bids on the same twelve words.

The situation

Fine dining in the Windermere corridor is a crowded auction, and restaurant demand is seasonal in ways most advertisers ignore. Spending the same amount every month on a business whose demand triples during one promotional window is leaving money on the table twice.

What we did

  • Built the campaign calendar around Central Florida's actual dining seasonality, with Magical Dining Month treated as its own planned push rather than a surprise.
  • Protected branded search with dedicated budget, so competitors bidding on the restaurant's name could not intercept people already looking for it.
  • Tested competitor-name terms as a deliberate, separately budgeted experiment instead of dismissing them as wasted spend.
  • Scaled music and entertainment audiences against the restaurant's Jazz Night programming, and layered vacationer targeting for the tourist corridor.
  • Held conversion action setup steady through optimization, so month-to-month reporting stayed comparable rather than resetting every time we improved something.

Reporting

Manzzo receives a designed monthly performance deck, not a dashboard export. Each one leads with the narrative: what moved, what it cost, and the four strategic priorities for the month ahead, with ongoing tasks condensed rather than padded out into filler slides.
